Returning to Our Roots

On our way to Chattanooga we spent the night in Wiggens, MS with my great uncle Robert Michael and his wife Jill. My father's great grandparents lived here. It was incredible to hear the stories and see the places where family history goes back over 100 years.

Jenna enjoyed her great great uncles childhood rocking chair.

Robert Michael and Jill were so hospitable. We were very grateful for the delicious meal, comfortable beds and historical tour of the town.

At the local cemetary I learned alot about my heritage. This is the tombstone of Jenna's great, great, great grandparents. My father's mother's father's parents. Amazing!
