This is a question that we have been asked a lot, so I thought you all would enjoy an update.
On the whole she is doing really well. She loves Sophie and is very gentle with her most of the time. She loves to turn her vibrating bouncy seat on and off and swinging her in her swing.
Jenna hasn't taken a nap since Sophie's arrival, so she has a short fuse sometimes, but we are giving extra grace. She is content to play in her room for a few hours every afternoon, so I get some down time and even a nap every once in a while. So I have a toddler who won't sleep during the day and a newborn who is up multiple times a night. It is a tired but sweet life.
Jenna has such a sensitive little spirit. Whenever Sophie cries, she stops whatever she is doing, her eyes get really big and she says, "Uh-oh!
Jenna loves her passie and assumes that her little sister does too. She is always trying to give it to her. At least she isn't putting it in her mouth!
Feeding times are the hardest for her, but she has figured out a way to snuggle with the Boppie too. :)
Jenna loves to watch Sophie in her swing. She runs back and forth from her toys to the swing, waves at Sophie and says, "Hi So."
