Sophie's Baptism

Sophie was baptized lastSunday It was a special day and a blessing to share it with precious friends and family.

Because my dad is now the pastor of Redeemer Pres. in California I didn't think that he was going to be able to baptize Sophie at our home church. But, he and my mom are here for two weeks as he starts his doctorate of ministry, so he was here for a Sunday!

Jenna twirled in her flowergirl dress and talked to the flowers on the stage, but she was a sweetheart. Sophie was calm until my dad held her up for everyone to see her. She cried a little, but it was sweet.

What a blessing to have both sets of grandparents with us.

Kenny and Dennis stood with Sean, as groomsmen, on our wedding day. It was so special to have them there, with their precious wives, commiting to support us in raising Sophie.
