Grandmama's Visit

My grandmother came to town for a week. Spent a couple of days in the Springs and then drove up to Fort Collins to visit my cousins and their spouses. They have all just moved to Colorado in the past few years and I have haven't been to see them yet, so it was fun to get a little taste of their lives.

Dinner on Friday night

Katie and Ryan live on a ranch with a beautiful view. Unfortuneately the girls got a little sick when we were there so I forgot to get pictures of the view. :(Katie in her kitchen

Cherie and Jolly took us to a great toy store. The girls had such a fun time playing. Thank you Uncle Jolly and Aunt Cherie for the xylopiano! Sophie pulled herself up to a standing position for the first time. I had my camera out and watched her do it!

While we were in the Springs we took Grandmama on our favorite outing, to the zoo! Jenna usually feeds the giraffes with some encouragement, but this time she ran right up to them!
The mommy gurilla was testing the baby's food before giving it to her to eat. Jenna was facinated.
